CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

MORE THAN 15 working days

If you cancel the course registration 15 working days before the course, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.

BETWEEN 15 to 10 working days

If you cancel the course registration between 15 to 10 working days before the course you are entitled to a 50% refund.

LESS than 10 working days

If you cancel the course registration less than 10 working days before the course, you are not entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as you used for registration payment. In any event, you will not incur any fees.

CANCELLATION BY .WHAT.IF.

If the minimum number of required attendees falls below 4, .what.if. reserves the right to cancel the course up to 2 weeks before its scheduled start date. In such a scenario, confirmed attendees will be given the choice to either enroll in the subsequent edition or receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program, .what.if. reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.
